Renting of rooms for a company or an association
Rooms to rent, perfectly adapted : various available areas, a conference room, half day rentals or daily rentals possible.
In the same place : meeting rooms, a restaurant area and an offer for accommodation.
It is an original and unusual occasion to gather work and rest in a same place, at the heart of a green, natural environment in Sologne, Nouan-le-Fuzelier (41).
- A fully equipped, air-conditioned conference and performance hall of 220m², and the spatial capacity of taking in 130 people.
- 4 training rooms.
- A reception room adapted with a secured zone.
- A whole professional equipment to meet your needs regarding work and comfort : air-conditioning in every room, video projector, mobile white screens, microphones, paperboards, and WI-FI.
Catering and coffee break
Option to eat in the dining room on site (breakfast, lunch and diner) and to organise moments of break during the day: morning break (pasteries and hot drinks) and sweet breaks during the day (drinks and local biscuits).

Benefit from a quality accommodation in the estate. The hotel offers up to 100 places: 34 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 8 studios with 4 beds.

Renting of a room for individuals
The Mont-Evray estate offers you a party hall, specially adapted to gather your family or your friends for a convivial and festive time.
Capacity to welcome up to 52 people seated and 70 people standing (cocktail reception).
Meals with tableware provided for up to 50 people.
Access to a terrace with a private enclosed garden, perfectly safe for children.
